For our Employee Experience service field, we are looking for you as Principal Expert Total Workforce Management (m/w/d) in Karlsruhe, Munich and Germany from 30 hours a week. Münster. At the principal level, you work with your colleagues across locations and with a variety of interfaces and report to the SGS lead (Servicefeldlead).

Tasks with perspectives You take responsibility and continuous development for strategic and operational personnel planning as well as skills management within the Total Workforce Management (TWM) approach.

You are the central contact person for Total Workforce Management and take a key role in the coordination and design within the meaning of a holistic process, especially with stakeholders from Ressort 1 - together with and in close cooperation with the responsible tribes, to ensure a smooth interaction.

Thinking from customer perspective, you coordinate the process of strategic and operational personnel planning as well as skills management, develop it further and ensure efficient and targeted communication.

You work closely with the People Leads, EME People Partners and other stakeholders. As a Sparring partner*in for the SGS lead and the Tribe lead, you are an important point of contact for complex issues in the TWM context.

You keep up-to-date HR trends in mind and develop innovative impulses for our personal strategy.

Due to cross-site cooperation, a high level of commitment and readiness to travel is required.

Personality with profile

You have a successfully completed (Master) degree in the field of Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management and relevant multiannual professional experience as HR Expert*in or a comparable qualification.

In addition, your long-term industry and market knowledge as well as a high IT affinity are characteristic.

You have knowledge of German (at least C1 level) and good English (B2 level).

Your analytically conceptual thinking and your entrepreneurial action as well as your ability to persuasively characterize you.

As a networker*in you are keen to experiment and innovation, close to the customer and can bring experiences from agile organizational structures.

Your willingness to change, take responsibility and flexibly address situations and challenges will complete your profile.
