You run an area of expertise with 69 places (including school secretariats and schoolmasters) with all technical, organizational, administrative and financial tasks. You are cooperation and contact persons for all schools in the city of Gütersloh and for the relevant specialist and supervisory authorities. You coordinate the tasks of the school institution between the departments of the administration. You are responsible for the preparation, analysis and interpretation of data and support planning concepts and the development of school development plans. You assist in examining the spatial needs of schools and preparing the investment programme. You optimise the organization of the structure and process as well as the quality assurance in the department in the continuation of the implementation of the new organisation in the business area.
