Who we are. We at Pradtke are market leaders for personnel deployment software in hospitals, fire brigades and other services of general care. What we do. Our ''TIMEOFFICE'' app ensures that our customers can work optimally and provide the best possible for all of us with collaborative deployment planning, digital time recording, comprehensive compliance checks, fast bottleneck management, precise payroll accounting and good controlling tools. TIMEOFFICE is a modern web app that we will offer from our own cloud as a service. TIMEOFFICE is used in about 400 hospitals in Germany, in addition to about 70 firefighters. Pradtke is leading in these priority markets with around 25% market share. However, we are also in other areas of welfare such as e.g. Rescue services, youth assistance or nursing are present and are about to serve other industries.

How we work. At Pradtke we are currently around 60 people. Since 2024, we no longer work in completed departments such as development, consulting or sales, but in decentralized and self-organized teams that we call cells. You serve their own customers autonomously and without leadership and bring all the grains You need. Everyone in our teams has several roles and takes time. We call this multi-specialization. Many of these roles have to do with immediate work for our customers. College and work on call are important to us. Therefore, we are usually on site at least three days a week in Bochum. We are not only at home in our cells, but as co-contractors we also take responsibility for Pradtke as a whole and – in addition to the normal salary – are involved in the company's success.

In one of our business cells, you will join your team with several customer organisations – mainly from healthcare, firefighters and rescue services. Your task: to design TIMEOFFICE features so that the app can move even more and to accompany our customers in such a way that this ''movability'' becomes fully effective. These include: Advice and support of our customers in the introduction and positioning of TIMEOFFICE, as well as qualification of benefiters. Determination and translation of customer requirements into technical implementation concepts and good workflows. Implementation of individual regulations (e.g. legal, collective or operational) by parameterization and implementation of new BI rules in C#. Installation of interfaces and technical adjustments in Windows, Web and Mobile environments. Customer support during ongoing operation through support, training and workshops. Participation in projects for product development, quality assurance and market positioning of your cell. In short, you combine consulting, conception, technology and customer relationship – and make sure that TIMEOFFICE works, thrills and grows with our customers.

A completed study or training in the field of IT, engineering or related to personnel planning – or comparable professional experience. Joy in direct dialogue with customers, imparting knowledge and taking responsibility for successful solutions. A good technical understanding (Windows, Web, Mobile) and ideally programming knowledge in C#/.NET. The ability to understand and implement legal and collective agreements. Structured, conscientious work and attention to detail. Self-organization, team spirit and desire for new topics.
