You want to accompany the Drive Systems location in the middle of the transformation as a future designer? Then use the chance and start your internship in our team.

Focus on these exciting tasks:

Transformation: Further development of the HR strategy with the focus on innovation and digitization

HR project work in close cooperation with various interfaces

Support in the design, planning and implementation of communication formats (e.g. events and newsletters)

Culture: Accompanying the change process within the framework of HR Transformation by organizing, designing and implementing cultural initiatives (imaging campaign)

Design and implementation of effective cross-site and cross-departmental networking

Administration of the internship network via the HR areas in Drive Systems and MO Production, Quality & Supply Chain Management

Collaboration: Support of the assistance function for the Drive Systems personnel management

Cooperation with international locations

Development and coordination of decisions

Ensuring the timely implementation of tasks and specified measures

Self-working and researching incoming requests

Activity can begin from February 2026

Business Administration, Economics, Communication, Marketing, Business Psychology or a comparable degree course

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Safe handling of MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Power Point, Excel), including Power Point, affinity for digital tools such as Chat GPT and image generation

Quick conception and a structured and committed way of working

a high team and communication competence, safe occurrence, self-initiative

Innovative thinking and creativity

Ideally, you have first professional experience (training, internship, student work or similar)
