They convey theoretical and practical content of training with passion and accompany our trainees in the professions Mechatronics and Electronics for Business Engineering. They design business teaching and use digital learning platforms creatively and effectively to enable our trainees and students to learn their training content. They inspire trainees to work on machinery and equipment and ensure their safety through thorough instruction in accident prevention regulations. They promote the trainees through regular feedback, promotion and development talks and accompany them on their way to the successful completion of the profession. They plan and organize the training processes as well as individual exam preparations to prepare our trainees as best as possible for completion and professional entry. They implement measures to increase and ensure the quality of training and actively contribute to the selection of candidates for training and internships.

They have completed vocational training ideally in the field of mechatronics and an additional qualification as master, technician or comparable qualification. They have several years of experience in the training/qualification/leading of employees and possess the training according to AEVO. They are characterized by educational skills, high social competence and joy in dealing with people. They are communicative and convey learning content clear and motivating They successfully control conflict situations and work structured, organized and process-oriented, with a focus on improvements and innovative ideas
