Location: Hamburg Wilhelmsburg Reference number: 2025-0993 Working time: Full time (unlimited)

Preparation, implementation and monitoring of customer projects of approx. EUR 150.000 - EUR 1.000.000 and take over responsibility for the project team organisation, control and management of the construction sites on site within the framework of operational guidelines and responsibility for the proper execution of the works Creation of measures, interim and final withdrawals and the proper transfer of the respective construction site Disposition of materials and machines and participation in construction meetings Guided and secured all relevant documentation (e.g. building journals)

Technical training in the field of electrical engineering (e.g. electricians / electronics engineers / electrical engineers / electrical equipment engineers) or comparable qualification Advantage: Professional and leadership experience as a building manager in the field of electrical / building technology or comparable position Experience in Contract Law VOB driving licence class B English at least. Level B2
