HSE-Manager (m/f/d)

In this position, you design work security directly in the heart of our production. As a link between security officers, executives and the HSE team, you take a central operational role: you recognize risks early, take effective measures and introduce HSE requirements to everyday production.

Your tasks: Support for production areas and managers in all topics of occupational safety Assessment of risks and derivation and coordination of appropriate measures (e.g. risk assessments, risk analyses, security reports) Building and further development of hazardous material management in the SAP S4/HANA environment Organisation and participation in safety missions and derivation of improvement measures Implementation of safety talks (Behavior Based Safety) Participation in the creation of emergency plans and planning of regular emergency exercises

Your profile: Complete training as an industrial master, technician or comparable technical qualification or completed studies in the field of safety technology, engineering, environmental technology or comparable discipline Continuing training on safety at work First professional experience in HSE Experience in handling SAP, ideally SAP S4/HANA Analytical and conceptual thinking, self-initiative and enforcement strength Communication strength and sense of responsibility
