For many years, as a medium-sized engineering firm with around 110 dedicated employees, we have been one of the specialists in building land investigations, old-load exploration and geotechnical field work. Our drilling technology department forms a central pillar of our success: An experienced team of around 25 employees including about 20 drill bit drivers and drill bits in nationwide use as well as a competent back office for work preparation, disposition and fleet management ensure that projects are implemented reliably, safely and efficiently. In order to strengthen our leadership level, we are looking for a dedicated, structured and powerful personality as head of drilling technology and operational planning (all genders), which shapes this important business area with far-sightedness and actively contributes to our further growth. Among other things, you expect the following tasks: Total responsibility for the operational management of the drilling department (approximately 20 employees): management, motivation and further development of the commercial teams in the field of external services Coordination of working preparation and disposition of drilling teams Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards Interface between project management, field teams and management Resource planning (personnel, equipment, vehicles) for nationwide deployments Optimization of operations and processes in field investigations as well as support and further development of the drilling and fleet Technical evaluation of drilling methods and equipment use incl. Support for investment decisions and innovations

Complete studies in geology, civil engineering, economic engineering or comparable Multiannual professional experience as a construction manager in high or low construction or also in drilling technology, geotechnical engineering or field operations Insufficient management experience and strong willingness to take over management responsibility Outstanding commercial knowledge Organisational strength, decision-making, high communication skills and structured working Understanding commercial teams and practical external operations readiness to travel within Germany (occasionally) driving licence class B Your German knowledge is at least at the level of C1
