Security Manager (m/f/d)

Control and development of object protection and physical safety at all locations Planning, implementation and monitoring of security measures Creation, maintenance and verification of object protection, access and intervention concepts Protection of internal events and safety-relevant special situations Assessment of physical threats and derivation of appropriate safeguards Ensuring compliance with internal policies, corporate regulations and external requirements Planning and implementation of internal audits, controls and security Documentation of findings, action tracking and effectiveness controls Creation of management reports (security situation, risks, maturity) Participation in the development and development of Business Continuity Management with focus on physical risks Implementation and support of Business Impact Analyses (BIA) Development, maintenance and testing of emergency, evacuation and restart plans Planning and implementation of emergency exercises, scenario tests and simulations Close coordination with relevant corporate functions Advising executives, projects and specialist areas in new locations, rebuilds and safety-relevant changes Monitoring of construction measures Close cooperation with various stakeholders Function as central interface to authorities Control and quality monitoring of external security service providers Conception and implementation of awareness, awareness-raising and training Support and representation of Head of Security

Completed relevant training (at least 3 years) in the field of safety, organisation, administration or comparable Multiannual relevant professional experience in the field of physical safety / object protection / industrial safety (at least 5 years) or regulatory environment with comparable requirements (e.g. deployment organisations, critical infrastructure, high safety environment) Expertise in the planning, implementation and control of security measures Basic to deepened knowledge in Business Continuity Management (BCM) Knowledge in the operational control of external security service providers incl. Quality control Excellent knowledge of German as well as excellent knowledge of English (min. Level B2) Industry-specific training and training in the safety environment of advantage (e.g.: personal protection, safety drivers, medical training, etc) Ability to develop, document and continuously improve safety, emergency and BCM-relevant processes Embossed service and consulting orientation towards internal areas, locations and executives Safe, factual appearance as a specialist for physical safety and BCM-relevant topics Ability to clearly formulate and tune requirements, expectations and safety requirements Ability to act as sovereign, factual and respectful even in critical or conflict-affected situations Team skills and ability to interdisciplinary cooperation Reliability, discretion and role model effect in the safety-relevant environment readiness to travel within Germany
