• Active support and promotion of the development of financial processes and system landscapes in the business area as project manager: You will advance and actively support the development and implementation of financial processes and system landscapes.

• Coaching and consulting of business colleagues in project initialization: You will practically support and advise your colleagues in the cause analysis of problems, structuring projects and defining the project structure.

• Support for the financial sector in the initiation, planning, administration, monitoring and control of (digitalization) initiatives: You will work closely with the initiatives to promote continuous process and data value improvements.

• Regular exchange with your colleagues and peers: You will regularly contact your colleagues and peers to understand their business needs and to develop a sophisticated pipeline of smaller and larger initiatives that improve their working day.

• Continuous evaluation, review and contribution to the digitalization framework of the area: You will continuously evaluate, review and contribute to the implementation of the digitalization framework of the area (e.g. Vision, Strategy, Roadmap, Tool and Skill Set).

• Provide guidance and knowledge in the area of digitalization: You will advise internal stakeholders in the area of digitalization and share your knowledge as a contribution to the knowledge base of the area or in stakeholder-oriented training.

• University degree or equivalent degree in finance, accounting, business management, consulting or economics.

• At least 3 years of professional experience in a controlling, financial or reporting function; Experience in the energy industry is beneficial.

• Detectional experience in agile change or transformation projects, such as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Business Project Manager or Project/Workstream Manager.

• Practical knowledge of digital financial transformation tools such as classic corporate performance management or enterprise resource planning tools (e.g. SAP, Tagetik...) and modern reporting and office tools (e.g. Microsoft Office, Power BI...).

• High ability to manage interfaces between finance and IT and willingness to cooperate.

• Own initiative, high personal responsibility and data-driven thinking.

• Excellent communication skills (English is a must; German is advantageous) and enforcement capacity.
