Discipline management of the LIS application team (Labor Information System) with the aim of ensuring a powerful, motivated and forward-looking team structure Close cooperation with the technical management Management of operational day-to-day operations and setting priorities taking into account capacities, corporate objectives and service requirements Responsibility for stable and secure operation of LIS, including 2nd and 3rd level support as well as escalation, incident and change management Further development of the LIS and the associated processes for optimal imaging of the entire laboratory workflow Leadership, coaching and further development of employees and the development of skills in the team Ensuring uniform standards, processes and documentation in the area of responsibility Close cooperation with internal interfaces (e.g. laboratory, IT, operations, quality) to implement technical and technical requirements Planning and control of projects and cooperation with external partners and service providers Budget responsibility for the field

Complete study or comparable qualification in the medical, medical or IT-related environment (e.g. MTL with additional qualification) Multiannual leadership experience with clear people focus (disciplinary), ideally in the IT or laboratory environment (LIS) Funded knowledge in the IT sector incl. budget responsibility Embossed leadership and communication skills, coupled with a value-assuring and binding leadership style Ability to combine operational excellence with strategic development High level of responsibility, decision-making and enforcement Structured, solution-oriented and resilient operation – also in a dynamic environment Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least C1 level)
