Object monitoring – performance phase 8 HOAI e.g. monitoring the execution for compliance with construction permit, execution planning, performance descriptions as well as all technical regulations and recognised rules of technology, with the aim of comprehensive quality assurance Installation and monitoring of construction schedules Creation of cost estimates, cost calculations and budget statements Examination of planning and construction services Completion of construction measures with handover after completion to the technical object management Completion of external aid measures
