Head of Operations – focus on mineral waste (m/f/d)

In your position, you can reliably support management in the daily work in the area of mineral waste, thereby gradually expanding your area of responsibility Your area of responsibility includes the support of cross-departmental sales activities and the maintenance of business relations in Germany and abroad You are responsible for all installations, including maintenance and investment decisions Expert and routined ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations within the scope of approval management In addition, you are driving forward the further development, strengthening and future security of the company through strategic realignment, in particular with regard to the issues of authorisation, processing of mineral waste, wastewater treatment and co-incineration of hazardous waste.

You have your enthusiasm for environmental rehabilitation and disposal through a technical study e.g. economic engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering or a comparable technical field of engineering, ideally with reference to chemistry – technically substantiated You have relevant professional experience as well as leadership experience to an appreciable extent and have already contributed revenue responsibility in millions Knowledge of waste and mining law is ideally brought with you or have a strong affinity to work deeper into these issues. You combine your entrepreneurial thinking with sound technical expertise as well as a pronounced commercial and legal perspective to act strategically safe As an integrative, decision-making leader, you are convinced by a high level of understanding and a strong ability to solve problems You reliably identify new business areas and bring a healthy level of optimism, stress resistance and readiness to travel
