They form our trainees with a need for funding in the profession Bikemonteur - together with two colleagues They design practical training based on real customer orders and enable realistic learning They accompany the trainees and provide important key qualifications as well as social, methodological and media competence - informed and at eye level Participation in the individual support planning of young people and documentation of their development Acquisition of appropriate companies for internships and support for trainees in the application process BTW-Unterricht (Occupational Theory Workshop) in coordination with the vocational school at the BBW and implementation of instruction and courses Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 07:10 to 16:35, Friday 07:10 to 12:50

To convince us You have a completed training as a two-wheeled mechatronic / two-wheeled mechatronic / two-wheeled mechatronic master / two-wheeled mechatronic master (m/w/d), each with the discipline of bicycle technology You bring at least five years of professional experience in your craft Ideally, you have experience in education and training - or are willing to continue to qualify as instructors* You like to work with young people and enjoy sharing your knowledge in practice They are willing to work on topics such as hearing and language disability, autism and mental illnesses in order to accompany our trainees as much as possible
