We are looking for a Technical Sales Manager (m/w/d) to support our GI (General Industrial Coatings).
This place is remote and requires business trips within Germany.
Your tasks:
Implementation of profitable growth in existing and new customer groups Responsibility for the account management of renowned customers and continuous expansion of the customer base Expansion of market shares, acquisition of new projects and coordination of all related tasks up to the introduction of products Excellent networking at all levels (both digital and presence) Implementation of the sales strategy and control of the resulting activities Creation of market transparency through detailed market analysis Target-oriented work and consistent focus on growth Effective relationship management to external and internal contacts Assessment of current and new business requirements, development of measures to meet the needs Optional technical support of selected customers
You have been working successfully in a similarly challenging position for several years, ideally in the Industrial Coatings Segment You have proven to have experience and success in the acquisition of new customers Your enthusiasm for technical sales and your excellent negotiation skills convince you at all customer levels You see yourself as a driver and maker with high business sense and ability to convince You have completed, ideally commercial or technical studies or similar training with appropriate qualifications and have a strong technical background You are resistant and do not give up so quickly You will enjoy an international working environment English and German speak in a safe manner You bring a high travel readiness with (>50-70%)
