Guided tour & organization Strategic and operational management of the product management team Leadership and further development of a team of currently 4 product managers Ensuring efficient cooperation with the interfaces development/construction, marketing and sales Development of modern product management structures, processes and instruments Portfolio Development & Innovation Control of the strategic development of the entire product portfolio of asecos GmbH Identification of innovation and growth potentials and initiation of new product ideas Evaluation and prioritization of product development projects in close coordination with product development/product management Accompanying the entire product life cycle – from idea to market launch and beyond Market & Competition Analysis Continuous monitoring and evaluation of relevant markets, trends, customer requirements and competitors deriving concrete recommendations for action for the portfolio strategy

Qualifications Complete studies in the field of business, economics or comparable training with relevant professional experience Multiannual professional experience in product management, including at least first experience in a leading role Ideally industry experience in manufacturing German and English knowledge in word and writing Competence Strong communication skills and persuasiveness in dealing with different stakeholders Embossed Analytical and Strategic Thinking Power Leadership with the ability to develop a team and align them on common goals Experience in managing cross-departmental cooperation Self-employed and structured working methods with high result orientation Personal characteristics Business thinking and acting Enthusiasm for products and their strategic development Willingness to change and spirit of innovation Authenticity and credibility
