In a special trust position, you act as a personal coordinator for our department manager and support it in the efficient management of the real estate sector. They provide smooth communication as well as a structured workflow around our department manager and take over the following activities: Support for operational, administrative and strategic tasks Interface function to the executives of the department as well as to the internal departments Pre- and post-processing of meetings including protocol management and follow-up themes Coordination and monitoring of projects in coordination with the department management Preparing and quality assurance of reports, presentations and policy templates

Through your reliability, liabilities and loyalty, you contribute to a trusted cooperation with the Head of Division and bring: A successfully completed scientific higher education (Master, Diploma (Uni) or Magister) Multiannual professional experience in an advisory and/or coordinating position, ideally as a speaker or office manager Knowledge in the real estate sector is advantageous A structured and solution-oriented operation
