Falkenried MVZ GmbH is a medical care center that works in the fields of psychotherapy, psychosomatics and psychiatry. It is our concern to support people with mental illnesses in the context of behavioral therapeutic, psychosomatic and possibly psychiatric treatment. We are looking for a deputy team management (exam. health care care caregiver, nursing caregiver) for our standby care service as well as weekend day care or weekday day care service. Working hours Daytime services (Monday to Sunday) 18:45 – 08:15 (Ruhezeiten 22:00-06:30) Weekend day services 08:00-19:00 Weekday day services 08:00-16:00

Support of team management in management tasks such as service plan design Contact person(s) for employees Contribution to process optimization and quality assurance Development and improvement of the work processes and structures of the station Psychiatric care and care of patients Conducting joint activities with patients Documentation of care measures Psychosocial care of patients Psychiatric hospital observation and conduct crisis talks Medical tasks: performing vital function controls etc. Interest in interdisciplinary and multi-professional cooperation

a completed training for the health and nursing staff, nursing staff or a university degree in the dual bachelor's programme Care ideal for psychiatric care ideally, a further education for team management or station management (not necessarily necessary) A high level of empathy, helpfulness and social competence Team and Conflictability The willingness to work in the 2-layer system Professional relationship of proximity and distance
