Tasks:

Self-assembled, operating and retrofitting of SMT fitting systems and template printers Control and monitoring of the vapor phase soldering process to ensure a process-proof circuit board production IPC-A-610 Class 3 optical quality controls and visual inspections Analysis of process deviations and initiation and implementation of appropriate optimization measures Implementation of maintenance, cleaning and maintenance work at the manufacturing plants

Requirements:

Complete vocational training in the field of electronics or comparable technical qualifications with experience in SMT production Finded knowledge of the handling of SMT fitting systems, template printers and ideally steam phase soldering systems (e.g. ASCON VP510) Experience in electronics production according to IPC-A-610 Class 3; a corresponding certification is advantageous Technical understanding and safe handling of manufacturing and quality processes in the PCB assembly Precise, quality-conscious and independent functioning as well as strong sense of responsibility and team capacity
