Technical and organisational management of the Hospital Service area Responsibility for the smooth organisation and implementation of service-oriented services in the hospital's daily business Leadership, motivation and further development of employees in the area of responsibility Creation and coordination of personnel deployment and service planning taking into account operational requirements Participation in interdisciplinary projects to optimize processes and workflows Coordination of cooperation with the departments involved, in particular care, kitchen, home technology and administration Applicant management in close coordination with the personnel department partners Ensuring supply-relevant processes and legal, hygienic and operational requirements Acquisition of administrative tasks and preparation of evaluations and documentation

You have completed training, ideally in the field of logistics or in a comparable area Ideally, continuing training or professional experience in the field of home management, facility management, hotel industry or hospital service Multiannual professional experience, preferably in a comparable management or coordination function Experience in personnel management and personnel deployment planning Organisational skills, sense of responsibility and a structured way of working Embossed service and quality orientation Communication strength and joy in cooperation with different professional groups Safe and binding occurrence Good knowledge of current MS Office applications Willingness to take responsibility and actively develop existing processes
