You check, design and negotiate commercial leases for our new branch locations and start accounting for existing branches You are a contact person for colleagues in the real estate/expansion sector in all legal issues You revise contract patterns and prepare decision-making templates for the management both in German and English You work closely with our international parent company, in particular with a view to verifying compliance with internal corporate policies You tax and coordinate external lawyers
You are a graduate/industrial lawyer You have first professional experience in commercial lease law, preferably acquired in the contract department of a trading company or an economically oriented firm Very good knowledge of the MS Office package A high level of customer and service orientation and hands-on mentality Careful and reliable working style, fun at work in the team Very good English skills
