Planning, implementation and documentation of the holistic care processes Participation in the creation, development, introduction of concepts, standards and methods of care Ensuring optimal care and psychosocial care of care customers Motivation, promotion and further development of employees supervision, guidance and professional support of nurses Promoting cooperation with other healthcare providers Guided care documentation (EDV supported)

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Completed studies in the field of care or recognition for care services according to §71 SGB XI High social competence in dealing with residents, relatives and employees Empathy and leadership skills Safe occurrence associated with communication strength Workability, enforcement and organisational capacity Decision and actionability Willingness to continue training Computer user knowledge (MS Office)
