As a contact person, you advise executives and employees on all issues of occupational safety and health and environmental protection and ensure that legal requirements are complied with reliably. You carry out risk assessments on your own, develop appropriate protective measures and document regular safety efforts at our construction sites and locations throughout Germany. A focus of your activity is on simplifying and standardizing the workflows on our construction sites and ensuring a legally secure implementation. The creation and maintenance of safety and health documentation is also part of your task. In addition, you plan and design training, instruction and practical workshops. With a trained look, you will analyze events and near incidents, support the continuous improvement of processes and work closely with the relevant business partner for integrated management systems. In addition, you support the introduction of new digital applications and apps, support rollouts and train users in the safe handling of the new tools.

Completed training on safety (SiFa) or comparable qualification Professional experience in occupational safety, with focus on construction or production readiness to travel within Germany demonstrable experience in building, active participation and the operational introduction of new systems and structures Flexibility and enjoyment of regular operations at our construction sites and at our locations Safe handling of relevant laws, standards and guidelines Experience in building and introducing new systems and structures Convincing communication and the ability to anchor security issues sustainably Structured and responsible operation Team spirit, solution orientation and affinity for digital tools
