Material Coordinator (m/f/d)

Take over the central role in the material processing of ship operating systems, including analysis of system requirements, production of material specifications and maintenance of relevant data in IT tools (Teamcenter, SAP) Creation of material specifications (tubes, pipe accessories, pipe holders, fittings, etc.), of pipe and piece lists, and of scales creation of disposition and selection/application of pipe holders, pipes, pipe accessories, fittings etc., as well as creation of requirements and their tracking Working with design guidelines and direct exchange with system managers to clarify technical material issues Coordination with purchasing, manufacturing and other areas of expertise with simultaneous, constant overview of the material handling of ship operating systems

Successfully completed technical training with a focus on ship operating technology or mechanical engineering – alternatively a training or Professional experience as a pipe lock:in – ideally relevant professional experience in shipbuilding technology and experience with materials in pipeline construction in shipbuilding Knowledge of relevant standards for fittings, pipes, pipe fittings and pipe fittings, material engineering (material differences, application possibilities, material pairings, material certificates) and the DNV specifications for pipelines, accessories and fittings Secure IT skills (MS-Office, SAP, Teamcenter), good knowledge of English and the ability to read and implement Schemata and related documents, as well as to process complex technical requirements efficiently and with results Structured, targeted working with high self-responsibility, ready-to-use and flexibility, as well as strong organizational, analytical skills and strong technical understanding High level of team and communication skills, especially in intercultural working environments and in exchange with international partners, as well as a proactive way of thinking about the continuous improvement of processes
