Tasks & Responsibility: It's waiting for you Support in the analysis and evaluation of customer feedback (e.g. NPS, online reviews, surveys) Participation in the further development of our voice-of-customer program Creation of reports, presentations and management overviews Identification of optimization potentials along central customer contact points Support in the design and implementation of CX initiatives and improvement measures Working with the definition and follow-up of relevant CX key figures Support for internal workshops and cross-departmental projects Documentation of Processes and Best Practices in Customer Experience Expertise & Soft Skills: This brings you Continuous study of Business Administration, Economics, Business Psychology, Marketing or a comparable degree course Interest in customer experience, customer orientation and data-driven analysis Analytical way of thinking and structured working Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Ideally first experience in customer experience, market research or CRM Very good German and good English skills Self-employed, careful and reliable operation You don't meet any requirement?
