As an apprentice Koch/Köchin (m/w/d) at Holiday Inn Hamburg Berliner Tor, you will get to know all the processes in the kitchen and service departments of our hotel and take a key role in terms of guest satisfaction. In the first year of teaching, you will be trained in the kitchen department, before you will get an insight into the restaurant, bar, banquet service departments from the 2nd year. Regardless of which department you are just getting to know, your task is to remain in memory of our demanding group of guests throughout their stay with individual and personal service and thus contribute to the success of our house. It is especially the extra step that gives you great pleasure and constantly calls for your best.
