Projektmitarbeiter (m/d)

The project aims at improving labour market opportunities, promoting qualified employment and the sustainable labour market integration of adult people with foreign origin. The focus is on the education-adaptation to the German labour market via vocational and occupational qualifications. Depending on the participants, full equivalence is also followed by the recognition decision of the recognised body or the obtaining of the securitist or the successful existence of an external examination.

Individual consultation and support of participants, including analysis of qualifications and support in the qualification of adaptation Development of tailor-made training plans as well as organisation and support of company and external qualifications Advising companies (especially SMEs) during the training phase and coordination with relevant bodies switching necessary soft skills and hard skills as well as continuous mentoring and coaching to labour market integration – if necessary also in the evening area Creation of project materials, documentation of the measure, network work and accompaniment of the recognition process

Completed 3-year vocational training pedagogical knowledge (precision, crisis intervention); if You are not part of vocational training, proof of training within the last five years Good office knowledge, experience in dealing with databases Advantage: Consultancy Advantages: Expertise in the Recognition Law and the Law on Professional Immigration Advantage: Knowledge of the dual system of vocational training Advantage: Intercultural Competence Advantage: Experience in teaching content online as well as in presence Advantage: Experience in dealing with course management programs, CMS and learning platforms (Moodle, TYPO3, Z-EU-S)
