(Junior) Leasing Manager (m/f/d)

As a (Junior) leasing manager:in you transfer the operational processing of our customer contracts – from rental contracts to omnichannel contracts to online contracts – for new and existing customers of the Outletcity Metzingen, also in English You are actively contributing to the further development of our rental strategy and supporting the implementation and trading up of our brand portfolio Together with our specialist departments, you are the first contact person for existing and potential brand partners and accompany their concerns about the stationary partnership and our online shop With professional support, you take over the account management of assigned brands, accompany them over the entire contract cycle and contribute to the development of long-term and successful customer relationships In your function, you enter inventory marks and coordinate the internal interfaces such as Retail Management, Property Management, Technical Project Management, Law, Online etc. You identify and acquire strategy-compliant brand partners and increasingly take more responsibility for the entire acquisition process For account-specific sales and income forecasts as well as business-case calculations, you take defined tasks and anticipates individual contract parameters to be derived

You have successfully completed your studies with a business, real estate or (online) trade-specific focus or bring a comparable qualification with Ideally, you could already gain first professional experience in a comparable activity – for example in leasing, sales, account management, retail or real estate environment First knowledge in the Full-Price or Off-Price segment as well as in the Center Management are advantageous, but no need You bring sales strength and negotiation skills and convince with your communicative skills in both German and English Analytical and conceptual thinking both stand out as an independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working You are interested in different omnichannel business models and follow the current developments of the international brand and trade world with curiosity
