• Post and shipping service with acceptance, distribution and shipping of letters and parcels as well as delivery documents
• Support for space renovations, preparation of meeting rooms and cleanliness controls
• implementation of small cleaning work and control of hygiene and technical equipment
• Filling up and managing office, kitchen and beverage supplies and ensuring order and cleanliness
• Support for security measures, notification of incidents, compliance with directives and handling administrative and technical requests

• Ideally a training as a locksmith, carpenter or electrician
• Experience as a master or building manager
• Representative customer, service and service orientation
• Good knowledge of German (min. B2) and English (min. B1)
