Optimization of logistics processes: You are the contact person for colleagues, customers and transport companies and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes.

Packaging management: You book all packaging movements on customer and entrepreneur accounts and support the monthly inventory.

Interface Monitoring: You monitor internal and external interfaces to ensure smooth running.

Customer and partner communication: You tune the packaging accounts and maintain them in close cooperation with our customers and partners.

Personal exchange: You are in direct contact with the driver's driver's desk and provide a smooth flow of information.

Packaging test: You check the packaging trays according to internal process within the framework of the packaging-supply-chain management.

Quality and objective realization: You ensure that quality and business objectives are achieved, with the focus on efficiency and cost optimization.

Your

Education: You have completed vocational training as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services or a comparable qualification.

Communication strength: You have strong communication skills and are happy to work in the team.

MS Office knowledge: Safe handling of the current MS Office applications, especially MS-Excel

Analytical thinking: number affinity and analytical thinking are advantageous.

Organisational skills: You have an independent and precise operation.

You are interested in active co-design and continuous further development of our internal work processes.
