Sales Trainer / Coach

You train and coach new employees and existing employees in telephone sales (acquises, conversation management, demand analysis, completion). You recognize training needs, develop learning paths and implement training formats (short, practical, effective). You accompany the performance in everyday life: KPI confession, quality of conversation, graduation rates – without pressure, but with clarity. You work closely with the team management / department management and bring impulses to further development. You motivate, strengthen self-confidence and help build routines that deliver results.

You have experience in sales training and coaching – or a strong sales background and desire to pass on your knowledge. You understand how to work in the telephone sales (outbound) and the dynamics in the call/service environment. You have experience in the care, training and coaching of employees with sales tasks, ideally in the banking sector or financial services. You can explain, structure and take people with you – even if it gets hectic and gives direct, value-adding feedback and stay clear. You work data- and practice-oriented: you see what works in conversation – and make it reproducible. You control German in word and writing (at least level C2) and will certainly appear on the phone.
