Successfully completed bachelor's or master's degree, ideally with the focus on finance, accounting, insurance and/or process management As a consultant, ideally first professional experience in auditing or accounting within the financial services industry As a senior consultant, at least two to three years of professional experience in the implementation of optimization projects, a well-founded know-how in the field of accounting and/or Reporting and relevant skills in project and process management within the financial services industry Motivation, curiosity, self-responsibility, and a special interest in the insurance industry Very good communication skills in German and English
