For our Personnel Management Mobil & LVG department we are looking for a:n Personnel Manager:in SWL Mobil and LVG in unlimited employment in full time (part time with at least 32 hours/week possible).

You are a contact person:in and consultant:in all personal and organizational issues for executives and employees, and advises on collective agreements and company regulations. You control the entire recruiting process – from job alerts to the selection of suitable candidates: inside to successful onboarding – and support the departments as a competent consultant:in case of personal decisions. Together with the executives, you identify needs in personnel and organization development, develop tailor-made measures and accompany their implementation. You actively shape and develop our personnel and organizational development instruments and ensure their strategic orientation to the corporate goals. You accompany and tax the personnel cost planning for defined care areas, analyze relevant key figures and guide recommendations for management and management. You moderate personal talks, initialize and update job descriptions and accompany work-related individual cases in a solution-oriented and professional manner. You analyze HR processes and personal economic instruments, identify optimization potentials and implement sustainable improvements.

Completed relevant FH study (Bachelor) or equivalent proven knowledge and skills Good knowledge of human resources management and labour law as well as the handling of MS Office and SAP HCM, deep collective bargaining knowledge and knowledge of BetrVG Reliable professional experience in personnel management and recruiting Reliability, time and self-management, willingness to learn and change, readiness to perform, confidentiality and discretion, structured and targeted approach, enforcement ability, entrepreneurial action Customer orientation, conflict competence, pronounced communication awareness
