Viewing and preselection of incoming applications as well as active support of the specialist departments in carrying out interviews Ensuring a structured onboarding process for new employees to ensure fast and successful integration in operation Responsibility for operational personnel work on site, including the management of topics such as time recording, holiday planning and appointment coordination with authorities (e.g. Integration Office) Active monitoring and implementation of change processes in operation and ensuring compliance with operational standards Preparation and implementation of personnel talks, in particular in the context of disciplinary measures (requests, revocations) and termination talks Confidential cooperation with the works council on site, taking into account the applicable operating arrangements Advising the management in all personal questions at the location Professional exchange and coordination with the central HR interfaces to ensure uniform personnel work and high quality standards Monitoring and compliance with the bread and bakery tariff and relevant labour legislation

Closed commercial training with a focus on staff, a degree in HR/right or a comparable qualification Knowledge in labour and collective law, ideally experience with the collective agreement of the bread and bakery industry Sovereign appearance in difficult conversation situations and experience in dealing with strong participation bodies Communication and assertive personality with fingertips for the interests of a production workforce Structured and self-sponsored mode of operation with simultaneous willingness to exchange with the team in Soest Efficiency of decision and resilience in order to consistently drive change processes General readiness
