Our 5-month consulting Fast Track Trainee Program with start in October prepares you optimally for the everyday life of a consultant. As part of our Risk Consulting team in Frankfurt/Main, Berlin, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Hanover, Cologne, Munich or Stuttgart, you will advise companies to successfully set up for the (digital) future. We support our customers in the areas of “Governance, Risk & Controls”, “Internal Audit” and “Operational Risk Management”. In the first three months, you will be taught the technical and methodological knowledge in various interactive trainings, case studies, lectures and practice assignments to analyze, design and optimize the risk management of national and international companies. Based on the learned knowledge, you will virtually and locally support one of our project teams in the following two months of the program and implement your learned skills directly in practice. You are directly responsible for a variety of tasks: Development, implementation and optimization of control, control and monitoring systems as well as value-oriented risk management systems Analysis and assessment of relevant business processes and structures for identifying potential improvements As part of the internal audit support in the scrupulous and responsible examination of processes and structures Advice from Mandant:inside to current regulatory and legal provisions (BilMoG, Sarbanes-Oxley-Act, J-SOX) Use of digital enablers for future risk management such as robotics, power apps, process mining or analytics
