Description

• In addition to the legal requirements, your tasks as a specialist in occupational safety include the planning and implementation of hazard analyses, audits, MAE collections, safety visits and ASA meetings.
• They develop concepts, training documents, smaller events and measures to prevent accidents at work.
• Together with our specialist departments, you anticipate risks to the environment or plant safety, derive countermeasures and control their implementation.
• In addition, check legal changes and inform the affected areas as required, create event reports, annual reports and reports to authorities.
• Also ensure the implementation of standard requirements from ISO 14001 and 45001.
• With our internal contact persons such as a doctor or Work physician, factory firefighter, works council and executives work closely together, e.g. as part of ASA meetings or plant removals.
• Last but not least, run the AwSV plant disaster, maintain the EHS database and perform commissioner functions, e.g. for water protection, hazardous goods and the foreign company coordination.

Qualifications

• Training: Master:in, technician:in or engineer:in the metal industry with multiannual professional experience, training ideally as a specialist for occupational safety
• Experiences and know-how: practical experience in the field of EHS (working, fire and environmental protection) and knowledge in water and hazardous goods law, experience with the management systems ISO 14001 and 45001
• Qualification: Hazardous Goods, Water Protection and Fire Protection Officer: or willingness to provide a timely qualification for the specialist in occupational safety and appropriate assignment functions
• Personality and working methods: They are communicative and like to think analytically and beyond their own plate rim and are happy to be competent contact person; responsibly and with a high level of readiness to use
• Languages: very good German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing
