Hauptabteilungsleiter Produktionslinie Kiel / Head of Production Line Kiel (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the disciplinary management and organisational control of the Kiel production line department to ensure efficient operation. Total responsibility for module and boat equipment, direct production and the expert group within the production line. Building and maintaining a value-adding, participative and consistent leadership and working environment that promotes motivation and performance. Strategic planning, control and implementation of all investment measures (CAPEX) and budgeting and control of maintenance and operating expenses (OPEX). Ensure occupational safety through consistent implementation of all relevant safety standards. Ensuring timely coordination and coordination with all the interface partners of the EPC chain, as well as compliance with agreed project schedules and product quality requirements in cooperation with the QS partners. Definition, establishment and continuous optimisation of processes, organisational structures and management instruments (e.g. Shop‐Floor Management) to achieve corporate and departmental goals.

Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or equivalent qualification. Multiannual leadership experience in project and/or line responsibility in the industrial production environment, combined with proven success in lean and improvement management. a strategic and entrepreneurial approach; a high power and excellence claim. Ability to motivate teams, develop them in a targeted manner and lead to sustainable excellence; high will for enforcement and design. Very good organizational skills incl. Priority, resource planning and scheduling as well as effective control of change and improvement processes. Embossed communication and social competence: clear, targeted expression, empathy, conflict management and creation of a trusted working climate. High resilience and stress resistance as well as excellent knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
