Your working day

We don't expect you to be a classic building site. You combine technical support from the home office with Germany-wide service operations at our customers. In doing so, you analyze disturbances, find solutions and make sure that photovoltaic systems, battery storage and energy management systems work reliably. Your working time is about equal: • Technical support in mobile work from home • Service operations at customers: in a large PLZ area

You start your working day directly from home and are on the move with your service vehicle. Here you are looking for the right tension • Analysis of faults, error messages and plant behaviour as well as independent implementation of diagnostics – both remotely and locally at customers. • Implementation of service and retrofitting work on photovoltaic systems and their electrical system components. • Conducting electrical measurements and functional tests in the low voltage range. • preparation of service reports and careful documentation of all the work carried out. • Support for technical customer support in the processing of complex inquiries and error analyses – remote from home. • Close cooperation with the technical support team and the specialist departments for sustainable solutions. • Combination of approximately 50% technical support in the home office and 50% external services at our customers throughout Germany.

These are your full batteries • Complete electrotechnical training, e.g. as an electronics technician for energy and building technology, electricians or a comparable qualification. • Ready to use nationwide bets with an average of two nights per week. • Ideally experience in the installation, maintenance or service of photovoltaic systems. • Experience in handling inverters, battery stores or energy management systems is advantageous. • High level of responsibility and initiative. • Structured and solution-oriented operation. • Class B driving licence.
