As ITSM Consultant (m/w/d), you are responsible for the planning, implementation and continuous improvement of IT service management processes and advise on the design of the IT service portfolio management You advise on IT Service Management requirements, adjustments and training You administrate and develop central IT service management applications in the JSM You support and advise in defining and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs), as well as in creating dashboards and reports In addition, coordinate and control our external service providers

Professional experience in ITSM consulting, preferably with Jira Service Management (JSM) Experience with (IT) service processes, in particular their modelling, further development and implementation according to ITIL Practical experience with common ITSM tools Team orientation, very good communication skills, high liability and a high level of enthusiasm Expressed self-employment, sense of responsibility, self-initiative and the will to conduct active stakeholder management and to promote action Very good German knowledge (from C1) and good English knowledge
