Sales Manager (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) – Industrial Fire & Burning Technology

Place: Ratingen

Processing into products, applications, processes and the existing customer portfolio. Expansion and support of existing customers in DACH (key accounts): technical advice, solution development, supply and negotiation. Responsibility for the entire sales cycle including internal coordination with technology, project management and service. Perspective: gradual takeover of the sales management incl. Team building, KPI structure, planning.

5 years of sales experience in industrial firing/burner technology or comparable areas – detectable project success Very good technical understanding and ability to transfer customer requirements into economic solutions. Strength in stock customer development; reliable in German & English. Leadership potential (first leadership experience helpful but not compelling).
