This is what awaits you: Two-stage training programme Duration: up to 12 months Personal mentoring The following specialist tasks are waiting for you: As a team member, you support the research activities of the eBike organization and help you try out new research methods. You enrich the digital product development process by helping the design team develop great and meaningful solutions for our customers. You have an influence on a variety of products, explore a wide range of customers and work closely with different teams and disciplines by using quantitative and qualitative research methods to identify user needs and usability problems. Preparing and performing user interviews and tests is a continuous part of your work. The results are then communicated to the relevant stakeholders. You have the opportunity to try out the next generation of eBike products and develop them through your strategic derivatives. Education: Successfully completed Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Engineering Psychology, Sociology, Human Factors, User Experience Design or a similar degree program with the concrete intention of taking a Master's degree course. Experiences and know-how: first practical experience in carrying out and evaluating user tests, presentation of results and good knowledge of UX and market research methods; Experiences with survey tools like Qualtrics. Personality and working methods: You are dedicated, highly communication, team-capable, independent, reliable, structured, proactive and possesses analytical, as well as conceptual skills. Enthusiasm: You are interested in the topics User Research and UX. You have an affinity for cycling, eBike and mobility. Languages: Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
