As a working student:in the field of human resources and organizational development, you support our experienced consultants:in doing so, you can make organisations fit for the future and take a look at the potential of the organization as well as the employees. These are your tasks:

Preparation of training & workshops. You support us in preparing, coordinating and implementing workshops and training. Project management. You take tasks in the field of project planning and control. And you support our consultants: through the creation of attractive presentations and the presentation of offers and reports. Further development of the business field. You support us in research, offering and the acquisition of new customers. For example, you will get insights into pitch decks and stakeholders:in communication. Organisational development. You are dealing with issues related to strategy development, organisational design, digitization, team and executive development, corporate culture and talent management, and you are researching new content.

Connection of theory and practice. You're still at least. Student for 1 year:in the subject (work and organizational)psychology, economics, social sciences, BWL with a focus on staff, etc. and takes 16-20 hours a week during the semester. A desire for organisational development and advice. You have a great interest in organizational development and consulting. Graphical talent. You have a good eye for creating graphic content and enjoy creating attractive training and workshop materials (e.g. flipcharts, PowerPoints). Responsibility. You take full responsibility for your tasks and have a hands-on mentality.
