active process management through definition, analysis, further development, documentation and common modelling of business processes in purchasing, taking into account best practices, process benchmarks and the adaptation to the Amprion Process House Planning and management of complex, cross-departmental projects for the implementation and optimization of purchasing processes and regulations independent organization and implementation of process-related workshops Recording and tuning of change requests related to purchasing processes Definition of roles and related permissions Definition and continuous monitoring of process KPIs and implementation of process controls to identify potential improvements Development, introduction and further development of guidelines and regulations of purchasing to ensure IKS and compliance (e.g. procurement policy, shopping guide) Takeover of independent project and special tasks from Procurement Excellence Support in implementing new purchasing tools from process perspective

IHR PROFIL: successful completion of a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Economic Engineering or a comparable subject multiannual professional experience in process management as well as in modeling, analysis, further development and digitization of purchasing processes relevant experience in project management of cross-departmental teams for the development and implementation of solutions on complex topics as well as pronounced change management skills very pronounced analytical and strategic thinking and high problem-solving competence secure handling of MS Office (in particular Excel and Power Point) as well as sound SAP knowledge (in particular purchasing module) high IT affinity and curiosity on technologically innovative topics pronounced communication and presentation capability paired with own initiative and enforcement capability an independent, structured and systematic way of working German and very good English skills
