Glenair was founded in Glendale, California USA in 1956. As part of the successful growth, sales, development and production facilities were opened worldwide, including in England, Italy, Germany, France and Sweden. Your tasks and responsibilities Care of the Complex Cable product line over the entire product life cycle Coordination and control of international customer projects in Complex Cable Further development of the product and performance portfolio and expansion of the operating business Designing new business and maintaining existing customer relationships in cooperation with sales Coordination with business development and product management at international level (including US, UK) Interface function between Business Development, Sales and Operations (e.g. Engineering, Purchasing) Support for sales in technical and commercial issues as well as customer visits and meetings clarification and translation of customer requirements in coordination with internal departments Support in offering creation, order processing and change and claim management Close cooperation with internal departments such as development, purchasing, manufacturing, quality and logistics Participation in product campaigns, training and marketing and market research activities Ensuring compliance with internal processes and participation in the continuous improvement process

Complete study of electrical engineering, aerospace or comparable qualification with an electrotechnical focus Multiannual professional experience in product or component development, ideally in aerospace Finded application understanding for electromechanical and connection products (e.g. connectors, cablings) Good knowledge of project management and basic business understanding Embossed planning and action skills as well as analytical and structured working methods High team capability, also in international teams Communication strength, persuasion and enforcement Loadability as well as pronounced time and cost awareness High self-initiative as well as independent and targeted work German and English skills complete your profile
