Managing Director - Chemical Industry (m/f/d)

Management of the site with presence in operation and direct responsibility for purchasing, production, operating technology, development, personnel, quality and sales Ensure safe, stable and efficient processes as well as consistent guarantee of work, process, environmental and health protection Close, pragmatic cooperation with the central departments in the HQ and binding implementation of common topics Responsibility for a clean technical documentation and the establishment of a structured training and qualification programme for employees Digitalization with an eye dimension, continuous optimization of the processes and establishment of a systematic knowledge management Entrepreneurial development of the site, identification of efficiency and growth potentials and operational implementation of strategic impulses Company representation to customers, partners and authorities

Complete studies in process engineering, production processes, or comparable qualifications, basic knowledge of chemical processes (technical chemistry) and relevant business knowledge Multiannual leadership experience with strong hands-on mentality, strong leadership, team orientation, communication skills and persuasiveness Experience in commercial sales and shopping German and English knowledge in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office and ERP systems
