Mechanical Components Technician (m/f/d)

You take over the telephone technical support of our service teams, both nationally and internationally You develop repair processes and related requirements for purchasing and disposition You are responsible for the development, planning and documentation of repairs on mechanical components of wind turbines You take control and evaluation of expert opinions, service and maintenance reports etc. according to technical and commercial aspects You develop product improvements and problem solutions

You have a successfully completed training as a mechatronic (m/w/d), industrial mechanic (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification with ideally a further training as a state-tested technician (m/w/d) or as a master (m/w/d) You have already gained several years of professional experience in the field of maintenance, repair and error analysis/resolving Your experience as a service technician (m/w/d) or in technical support for wind turbines You like to work in the team, you are strong in communication and your German and English skills are very good in word and writing You are safe in MS Office applications and can quickly work into new programs You are service-oriented, resilient even in stressful situations and find a solution for every problem You think analytically, work independently and are committed You are height-fitting and occasional travel activities will give you pleasure, you have the license of class B
