Working student in the Program Management Office (PMO) (m/f/d)

• Cooperation in the design, establishment and maintenance of comprehensive standards, methods, processes and tools

• Participation in the creation of reporting, meeting minutes and mgmt presentations for relevant stakeholders

• Support in programming including the creation of transparency of dependencies across different subprojects

• Working with the PMO team on conceptual and administrative activities as well as special topics (e.g. preparation of workshops, marketing activities and access management)

• Participation in market research and analysis

• Continuous studies of business, economic engineering, business informatics or a comparable course of studies

• Very good knowledge of MS Office; in particular: PowerPoint and Excel

• Knowledge of MS Project, Confluence and Jira are desirable

• Very good German and English skills in word and writing
