Are you passionate about holistic urban development consulting and want to take responsibility? Then get involved and shape the future of urban, regional and area development with us. Become a student of work from January or February: in the Urban and Infrastructure Solutions team (at least 15 hours a week) – and use the opportunity to create ideal conditions for your career, gain practical experience in diverse development topics and further develop your network – from urban quarters to industrial location! Detection and assessment of location factors and market potentials – including inventory, location and market analyses as well as building-law potential analyses Development of user concepts as well as location and business area development concepts Analysis of spatial and functional requirements Implementation of designs and plans using CAD software and implementation of GIS analyses Participation in competition management, control of construction planning and implementation of economic considerations Preparation of presentations and preparation and organisation of workshops and project dates

Advanced study in the field of architecture, urban planning, geography, real estate management or in a comparable course of study Safe handling of MS Office products Advantages are knowledge of CAD (vectorworks) and conceptual design (städtebau) as well as basic knowledge of GIS (ArcGIS / QGIS) and (geo-)data analysis Good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least level B2) Motivation to develop in an exciting and forward-looking work environment
