MEP Engineer / Building Technician Heating, Ventilation, Sanitary (m/f/d)

The I-TEG engineering company for technical building planning mbH provides comprehensive planning, consulting and construction monitoring services for its clients. As a specialized TGA planning office, we focus on hospitals, laboratories and demanding social buildings. We accompany builders from the conception to the expiry of the warranty period and process all investment groups (1–8) as well as all performance phases (1–9) according to HOAI § 53 and § 55.

At the earliest possible time, we are looking for a TGA engineer with a focus on heating and ventilation technology (m/w/d).

• Advising our customers with regard to the efficiency in the planning, execution and operation of the projects in the field of building technology (HLSK) that we supervised • The development of innovative technology concepts that align themselves with the wishes and requirements of the customers in the context of the technical possibilities. • The management and control of technical contract contents as well as the costs, dates and qualities of projects in the context of project monitoring. • The acquisition of project responsibility

• A successful completion of a study in the field of technical building equipment or another comparable field • Team skills, independent work • Experienced handling in the application of specialist software and the various applications of MS Office • Experience in the HOAI performance phases 1-7 • at least three years of practical experience in the field of building technology (HLSK) both in planning and in the field of tendering • excellent knowledge of German, both verbally and in writing
