Your tasks:

• You collect and maintain order data conscientiously in our system
• The organization and booking of cargo hold on air carriers is your responsibility
• You conduct negotiations with logistics partners and airlines to achieve attractive conditions
• For shipping and billing, create the necessary documents
• On the phone you communicate friendly and solution-oriented with our national and international customers

Your profile:

• A successfully completed training in the field of forwarding, logistics or in a comparable commercial field
• First experience in international air freight business - ideally in import or export
• A strong customer focus and joy in cooperation with international business partners
• An independent, structured way of working and a high degree of self-responsibility and organizational talent
• Safe handling of the common MS Office programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook
